The app is terrible since it was revamped. It takes too long to load and most times can't load even when in Myer store. I can't see my points or purchase activity. It won't show rewards, so you redeem them. It is interesting that the only feature to actually work is the shopping, but why would I trust that if everything else on the app doesn't work. It's basically useless now. It used to be great. Also I see that Myer is not responding to any reviews since September.

what is wrong with this app?? Its no longer working. You cant add any items to your cart, you cant check-out, you cant pay. It was working 2-3 weeks ago and now it gives you an error 'something went wrong, try again later'. I've been trying for 6 days and still nothing.... this is very poor for a large corporation. You're loosing business because your shoppers are going elsewhere!!!

The updated App is UNUSABLE, literally no point in having it. Constant Error messages, standing at the counter with it not loading so missing out on points (all retail assistants agree it's an ongoing issue) and forget trying to actually load the rewards! The previous App was quick and never had an issue, so why "fix" something that wasn't broken and give your customers something that doesn't work! PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD APP.
