About this app

Management web application of the company CIVOP s.r.o. allows you to manage and monitor activities in the field of occupational safety (OSH), fire protection (PO), environment (ŽP), equipment inspections, training, occupational health services (PLS), ADR and other areas. The system is managed through key information, statistics and reports. Data (eg about employees) can be uploaded in the form of regular import of data from user records.

Above all, the application enables comprehensive and simple:
- organize planned activities,
- record documents and outputs from inspections,
- manage shortcomings and recommendations,
- store processed documentation,
- monitor legislation.
- manage the records of training, revisions and occupational health services,
- monitor deadlines and send advance notifications to responsible persons with information,
- order the relevant supplier of the registered activity,
- monitor the fulfillment of the ordered activity.

Based on the client's wishes, it is also possible in the application:
- keep an accident book and generate completed Accident Records from it,
- record near misses,
- Monitor drug expiration in first aid kits
- monitor additional information according to customer needs.
