This app makes paying bills easy.... But when it comes to maintenance requests, nearly impossible. I moved in 2 years ago and in Still waiting for someone to replace the Floor they took out of my closet... And now the app isn't even working. I can't type in it, I can't send photos, and I can't select time slots for my availability. It's all kinds of messed up. Why can't I just email my landlady directly????

I only downloaded the app to schedule a self-guided tour for an apartment. When I arrived and tried to start the tour, the app did not recognize my location and did not give me any directions for accessing the apartment. I contacted support and it took them two hours to inform me that the lock was having issues and they were pausing tours. Would have been nice to have been alerted to this issue ahead of time.

Terrible app and company . Doesn't take my small local bank for automatic withdrawal (and after using this app I would not trust them with my account information anyway - they actually asked for my username and password for my bank account instead of the usual routing number for ach withdrawal. I would never give anyone the password to my bank account.) They charge an extra 3%/month to bill a credit card - that's almost an extra $1000/year. If I could give negative or zero stars I would.
