Ratings and reviews

The app works, but I have used so many other banking apps with more features. It does not show what pending transactions are, can't see statements, overall it works like an app built 12 years ago versus something in 2025.

One star is when compared to the previous app used by this CU. No fix for viewing multiple accounts, directions are unclear, and app is not intuitive. More often than not, clicking an option returns me to a previous page or exits the app completely.
