Drivers are constantly on the go and need a quick and efficient way to update and view data in MasterMind. Calling their Rep isn’t always the easiest and fastest way to get the information they need. Drivers want to be able to find the information they need when they need it.
Our app will make it easy for drivers to view and update route-related information so they can provide the data needed to close out loads and get payments made as quickly as possible. Our app will reduce the need to call their rep, freeing up time for both the driver and the carrier rep and allowing them to focus on higher priority tasks.
We collect and use location data to prompt the user, allowing them to check in and update stop details. This helps in keeping track of driver route information updated. This data is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with third parties.
