does the job eventually but extremely confusing and counterintuitive: why is there no option for ordering and paying in store? or a trolley icon? I was ordering earlier and got a message saying that my balance was too low* but then wasn't taken back to my trolley once I'd added £ but had to order again, then remove extra items from my trolley (which I should have been able to navigate back to). and why is topping up funds necessary? users could just pay directly with a saved card or PayPal or ..

Well dip, this app ain't too much of a hassle to use. It uses the same payment system the bigger companies used when they first started so I kinda got the swing of things there; Load up a digital card and have it refill once you're low on funds. You can cancel the auto-load so that neat. I did get used to using G-pay but this isn't the end of the world for me. The UI is super simple and that's not necessarily a bad thing either. I dig this app and the business, too!

Works well for ordering in advance, but the rewards you supposedly earn don't seem to be real. I redeemed $5 and it has just disappeared. It was not applied to my next transaction nor my card balance. I emailed customer service but have never gotten a response. Now they have updated their app and it no longer recognizes my account so the balance on my card and "rewards" have vanished.
