There's a location here in Lancaster ohio, right next to me actually. I see it everyday, it's clearly up and running but yet according to the app there's only like 2-3(not sure exactly how many but only a very few) max and Erma's left in this country and of course it's in a different states. It's clearly not correct. I would love to order but I can't cuz the app is wrong on locations.

EDIT: I AM DONE. THIS APP HAS RUINED MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE RESTAURANT. THE UPDATE SOMEWHERE UP THE CHAIN HAS MADE MY USUAL ORDER METHOD *FAR* MORE OF A HASSLE. The app still does not automatically update rewards for online orders or email the reward code to the assigned email address, but now won't provide a printed full receipt for customers to manually put the code in themselves... I still have to speak with management hoping to get my rewards, still unable to leave good reviews.

I love their food and am a rewards customer. However, in order to get the rewards you need to use the app which will not open. I wanted to order food and couldn't because I couldn't open the app.
