Ratings and reviews

Constantly spams you with notifications. I just got a "50% off upgrade to premium" notification but when I clicked it dropped to 30% off trying to trick the customer. I get 2 characters into a search and it pops up an advert for premium. This deselects the search box so you have to cross off the ad and reselect the search box. It's like using the internet in the 90s. Free apps where you have to pay to unlock advanced features are great. But, apps that try to annoy you into paying are terrible.

I really like this app as a dictionary and for practice test. I also use the flashcard feature with the Notebook. But I am having some trouble with importing words from Excel file to my Notebook. It was always reduced. For example. My Excel file has 148 words. Before saving, it displays all 148 words. But when I tap save, it became 147. It was worse when I tried using the browser on PC which was reduced to 90. I hope this issue will be resolved soon. Thank you.

​I strongly advise against buying this app. The iOS version keeps crashing and is completely unusable. ​On the Android version, the AI voice, YUI, cannot pronounce a full sentence. This issue has not been fixed for more than half a year, and customer service has been very dismissive and unhelpful. This is completely unacceptable. I will find a way to file a complaint with the consumer protection office and demand a refund!
