Ratings and reviews

The products are of great quality and very reliable. Shipping from partner stores is fast. However, delivery within Bhutan is often delayed, with tracking showing “shipped” even when items are still in the local store. The customer service team is very responsive and helpful with inquiries. I recommend providing more accurate tracking updates to avoid confusion.

Sometimes, the orders are cancelled or not placed at all, and we are not informed of it unless we enquire about the arrival of the said product. In the earlier app, we could go check the products webpage from the cart but it has been removed too.
