Ratings and reviews

It is one of the best Heath Insurance app used. From reimbursement to getting help and assistance, it's all smooth. Plus, having English support and app is really helpful in Germany.

The App constantly seems to be experiencing technical issues. First, the identification process crashed at the very end. Trying a second time it crashed midway through. I can't access anything due to technical error.

It is horrible to use this app. I would like to cancel my contract, but it seems that I can not cancel the contract online, but only in App after an identification verification process, which is fair. Unfortunately my idetlntification cannot be accepted by App since the issuing country was not listed. But I use the same passport to sign this contract and now they don't accept the passport to force me pay forever? I tried to write them online but never have a call back.
