I am a newbie to both Member's first and this app. I love the convenience of being able to transfer funds immediately and also see the results immediately. I am still learning how to navigate the app, so far so good!

It is extreemly difficult to get the app to accept a picture of a check. Ive had to try 12 different colors of backgrounds , 4 different distances, different light levels and retake to same picture more than 20 times. Sometimes the check is still rejected. I work durring bank hours and usually dont to have time to drive to the bank for deposits & fear being robbed or assaulted if I'm trying to make late night deposit.
