About this app

This application is part of the restaurant management system offered by Servimática Ltda. Through it, waiters will be able to enter customer orders directly from the tables using a mobile device that can be a Tablet or a Smartphone.

Once the order has been entered, only by pressing a button in the application will the distribution of the tickets be made for the different production areas. In this way, customer service is optimized since the waiter could go on to take another order while their dishes are already being prepared.

At any time you can add new dishes to the orders either by the mobile application or by the version of the system for desktop computers. If the client requests the account, it can be sent to be printed from the mobile application.

In order to use the mobile application you need to have contracted the service of our system.
