When this app works, it's great and easy to use, but unexpectedly, it just won't connect with the server, or it won't allow you to add a new payment method or manually add funds to the app. The fact that there's no part of the FAQ or support that addresses how to deal with the issues is also frustrating. Luckily, the old Token Transit app still works, so as soon as I run into problems with MetGo, I just use that.

Hate this thing. Had so much trouble trying to set it up, and no clear steps to refilling. I figured out the system for reloading. But I lost my phone recently, had to download the app again, and it's refusing to accept my card as payment, though all the info is correct. And now I've remembered I had the same problem last time, and can't remember how I got around it. One word: Sucks.

Please fix the bugs! Since the new year, I have to enter my password on average 6 times I'm order for me to even just pull up the qr code to get on the train. I almost missed the train due to having to stand there and type my password in 6 times to be able to log in. Just one of MANY bugs. Please fix. This is an app that should've been updated since it's release, but yet it's stagnant. Please fix. PLEASE!!!!! Update: still the buggiest app i have to use. Please fix and regression test it!!!!
