Lately I can't even look at games in the store. It says "Something went wrong" and I have to back out. It also loves to get in a weird state where it opens a random store game 3 layers deep and so I have to hit the X button 3 or 4 times. The casting functionality has been in poor state for years where you can't see most of your games in your library to launch on the headset. Meta's "move fast and break stuff" motto is in full force here leaning particularly hard into the breaking stuff side.

Not sure if it's the quest 3s, or the app, but I haven't been able to pair my headset at all. Support is horrid. The only options they give you to troubleshoot are the options I don't have. The damn headset doesn't pair. Getting this thing to connect to the support page for any kind of support is impossible. I heard the support for this product is awful. Just input a support request but haven't heard back. Not even a confirmation. It's probably broken too. I'll stick with my vive. Meta is junk.

I reached out to the support team and was offered a new device which does not solve the issue. I can get multiple new devices, but if I can't get past the apps safety video step, then it doesn't matter. Till the app either fixes the video to stop looping and allows me to continue the setup or make it so it's a skippable step, then I have a giant paperweight. I had no issues with the older version of the app.
