• Location permissions are needed to determine your current location in order to find SBM bank branches and ATMs near you.
• Read Contact permissions are needed to access your contacts to send money via Mfukoni
• Camera permissions are needed to deposit checks via Mfukoni.
• Photo/Media/Files permissions are needed to pick profile pictures.

There is no charge for downloading Mfukoni, but data rates may apply. Delivery of account alerts may be delayed for various reasons, including service outages affecting your mobile device, wireless or internet provider; technology failures; and system capacity limitations.

Ratings and reviews

This app can really really REALLY frustrate you. Always in maintanance at your cost, sometimes withdrawals take upto 20mins. What's the point in upgrading the app when the bill payment part doesn't work? Think I'll just put this account on hold

it's so convenient since you don't need to travel several times to the bank and it's time efficient

Totally useless You can not transact anything on this app. Registering to use the app is an uphill task especially with the bank staff who also don't know how to on-board/register customers. Login in is a challenge. Has a login failure rate of about 90% And once you are logged in, there's no transaction you will be able to complete because the app no longer works. Only checking balance service allowed. Such a big disappointment!
