Terrible! Most of this time this app won't accept debit/credit cards. And won't let you cancel your plan or change anything in your plan, this app basically provides nothing. Anything you want to do you literally have to go to the website and if you ask them (on WhatsApp) how to troubleshoot anything in the app, they just send you to the website. This app literally has no purpose except to take up space in your phone and will fill your phone full of advertising. Garbage.

This app allows you to make payments, but offers no other services whatsoever (such as providing account/usage information or making changes/cancellations to one's account). On top of this, I spent several days attempting to cancel my WiFi service and was finally given a written assurance that they were processing my request. When, however, I later attempted to return my equipment, I was told that they wouldn't accept it because no such request existed in their system. Avoid these crooks.

the auto renewal on the 5g 7 day $7.00 cannot be canceled. the normal procedure for deactivate is *456# then option 1 , then option 2 then option 6 you can deactivate a plan. This new plan is not linked to the deactivation option. it doesn't see it. 3 times now I've loaded my phone ready to purchase my normal plan of 10 days $7.00 and this bloody 7 day plan grabs my funds. Customer service has no clue. So now I have to go to a store and see if it can be rectified. This is tad amount to theft.
