Really nice app. Easy to use, lots of useful details, and also nice to see explanations on why there is some delay before you see the usage for example. Keep it up!

The worst experience I have ever had with a network service provider. Using underhanded tactics to get as much money out of its consumers as possible. For example, I do not call anyone, but in the contracts they provide,I am forced to buy 200mins or unlimited calling for 6and7 euros, respectively, but there is no option to decline the offer. I have had my card blocked multiple times for reasons unknown the customer service was horrible.

2nd Update review after 2 years. Still no English language on the app. English is the 2nd used language in the Netherlands and they still provide the app only in Dutch. After I spoke to their support they seem like ignorant about the fact that so many people want an app that you can use International english on the menu. Simply outrageous. seriously thinking to end my subscription and move this number to another company.

Hi George, it is understandable that you would like to see our app in English as well. I have sent your feedback to the relevant department. Hopefully, we will have this option available in the future. There are no ''hidden costs," although we do not have a data limit and additional costs can be made outside the bundle.
