The application works on mobile phones and tablets. It supports the v14, v15 and v16 versions of the micro accounting program.
The application has both online and offline operation features. If the device has an internet connection, it works directly with the live data in the central database. If the Internet connection is interrupted for any reason, or if there is a problem with the central server, the application will continue to run. A fast synchronization is provided when an Internet connection is made or problems are resolved in the central server. Thousands of cards (card, current card, etc.) are synchronized in seconds.
For users working in the field, devices with bluetooth support can be cast from bluetooth car printers, invoices, dispatches, orders, collection and payment receipts can be discontinued instantly. Network printers in the company can also be dumped.
Authorizations / Parameters
Users can use the application within their powers. Depending on the authorization, the user cannot change the price, cannot discount, cannot see the designated areas, can only see the specified reports, current cards, stock cards, cash and debit cards. All these descriptions are made only in the main center, no processing is required on the devices.
Sales issues and purchase conditions may be used. Different prices can be defined to different customers for a product. The application brings the purchase and purchase price according to the defined customer.
For information purposes, if the product was previously sold to that customer, the final sales prices of the customer come in detail (final sales quantity, date, discount rates, etc.).
Contact details of current accounts are prepared in detail. The telephone information, fax information, risk information, e-mail information and even GPS location information of the current card can be seen quickly, and the saved GPS positions can be accessed via the map.
New current card can be registered. Current address information can be quickly accessed using the GPS location feature.
Reports of current card can be sent as e-mail.
In the current account statement report, the details of the invoice items can be displayed without leaving the displayed report.
Cash, check, note and credit card types can be entered. During check collection, check number, debtor information and bank information can be entered.
The product barcode can be read through the device camera in the stock and sales screen. Product detail information can be accessed quickly. Even bluetooth barcode readers can be accessed quickly with the product.
Counting operations can be made and warehouse transfer slips can be created.
Order delivery can be done quickly and in a controlled manner.
Graphic report support is available on current and stock screens. Graphically, inventory and current card information can be seen.
The report can be accessed quickly by invoice, order, cash, bank, check / note status reports.
The Reports screen is flexible. A report can be prepared and stored in different views. The prepared reports can be viewed and viewed without additional effort.
