Terrible, I have used this app for nearly a year now, and every 10 weeks you get 20 points which you can use to redeem a 20 pound gift card. Up until now everything was going fine, and I was able to cash out a few times. But all of a sudden my account was locked after I tried to redeem my 20 points for an Amazon gift card, I have contacted the support team and they made no effort to retrieve my account nor give me the gift card I had earned over the course of 10 weeks. Do not use this app.

SCAM. They used to be good but something seems to have changed. I have been an active member and have been saving my points for over 2 years, then when tried to redeem vouchers was locked out of my account and told I didn't meet the levels of participation despite doing everything required. A Google search can show this is the case for many many people who they have conned. They do not reply when questioned about it. Avoid unless you want your usage tracked with no reward to gain.

Unfortunately my account has been deemed inactive and locked for no reason. I received my £20 Amazon card a fair bit later than expected. Now when I try to contact their support team the emails bounce as blocked and my status is showing as inactive. Nobody to contact, nobody to fix this. Guess I'm going to find another panel to sell my data to. This one seems to be collapsing.
