Since the app was updated I've been having plenty of issues setting up my travel. 1. The option for riders to request a vehicle with a lift when booking travel used to be included, but is now not included in the app or website. 2. The All Access app does this weird thing where everytime you choose an option, the visible part of the screen gets smaller until there is a tiny window at the top of the screen. 3. The ability to locate the vehicle on the the map has been removed.

you took an OK app with few problems and made it MUCH worse, removing the most helpful features. 1. Tracking vehicle so you can know when to go outside, esp. in bad weather 2. changed showing actual 30 minute window to just time requested. Turned an app that was a 3.5-4 rating to a 1 rating. Your QC should be ashamed to even call itself that!!!!!!

put the vehicle tracking back in to the app it helps me know when to go down to the lobby of my apartment complex and when I have a few extra minutes to eat breakfast before my day program when mobility runs late also add the estimated pickup time and estimated drop off time back into the app an app update is supposed to add new features or fix the ones u already have not remove the features people rave about and find useful
