My wife cannot login. Whenever she opens the app, it asks her to log in. She clicks the button, it opens up chrome, she logs in on chrome, but nothing is happening on the app.. She is seriously thinking of changing providers because paying her bills became really difficult.

I'm using the app with prepaid cards. it's quite easy to top up a card, but I just can't find a way to get clear information for the balance (can be done with USSD codes, but come on, it's no longer the 90's), neither a way ro switch between SIMs registered to my name. :-( Update: Dear Yettel, in the app I see my credit balance, but can't find how many minutes/how much mobile data I have left, and those are the things I need to know.

Seriously bad app. Slow, unreliable, errors all the time. Also, the company is prone to scamming older people by selling overpriced postpaid packages to old people that don't understand there are better deals for them. Said and disappointing. Bad company overall.
