When biometric logging in fails you have to enter credentials or phone number which is very annoying. There's no way to reset it or make it pop up again. Even after clearing the cache it doesn't pop up. I have to wait a few days to be able to use biometrics again.

Dobrý den, Vaše nespokojenost nás mrzí. Doporučujeme zkontrolovat nastavení biometrického ověření v telefonu, případně restart mobilu, pokud se pro otevření aplikace ověření biometrikou nenabídne. Hanka, O2

beside the login functionality and your current amount of credits in Kc, nothing is working in this all. can't change the plan, can't check my usage. useless
