The My Plan Growing app is intended to assist caregivers of children and children treated with growth hormone (Hdc) in France. This app allows caregivers of children and children treated with growth hormone to carry out the following activities: - Manage the rewards of the child after taking his treatment - Assist carers in the follow-up of injections and emotional responses from the child - serve as a diary where caregivers can record their notes - allow caregivers to set reminders for injections, appointments and prescription renewals. - Allow to consult a summary of the recorded contents, for example injections received, emotional reactions and contents of the newspaper. - Provide a graph of growth with the data measured by the patient and the health professional (PDS).
