(Note: Musicolet doesn't fetch lyrics automatically from internet. You have to manually write or paste lyrics in tag editor, if there is no embedded lyrics. It doesn't fetch lrc file automatically. For lrc files, You have to find lrc file from internet, put it in the same folder and rename to exactly match it with audio file name manually.)

Ratings and reviews

I like the Phone UI. It hits my main use case: Select an Artist then select an Album. Be nice if I could just double tap on the album, but that's a minor thing. The Android Auto screen sadly doesn't work that way. Artist just takes me to a list of songs. A slightly bigger annoyance is that the AA interface doesn't understand that there can be multiple albums with the same name. I've got at least a dozen "Greatest Hits". Not interested in a mix of every artist who has a Greatest Hits album.

This app is everything it claims to be and so much more, if you have your own music files, this app offers more features than basically every mp3 player app I've tried, and the best part is it's ad free. I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants to take their music listening experience to the next level. Tons of features and settings, that no other app has.

Nobody does music players better! This amazing bit of software reminds of a hardware device. It never screws up. But as great software goes it has options, options, and they are not stupid & they actually work like they are supposed to. With all this will you go crazy learning to use it? I doubt it. You are not forced to use extras, but they are available if you should so desire. Now if only my phone OS could be this covenient and reliable ... Beautiful also. Maybe in the next life.
