I've been waiting for the other app to be fixed and still no response in months. I want my Premium to be activated correctly, or get a full refund for the previous yearly promotion.

won't let me edit pre-existing lyrics. It won't let me use ai sync. doesn't visibly show lyrics already sent for syncing. if i didn't have a pro account, I'd be screwed because all I can do is send lyrics to curators

it's the worst support i ever met, I paid for a year subscription and verification of an artist taking already over 2 weeks also I paid for Spotify which I don't use on daily basis but the main thing. there's no normal support, email? form? why I should go through millions of possible questions which are limited and have nothing to help with. I don't even know is the service working or not we're stuck on talking stage lol 🫡 PS they solved the problem now it's working properly.
