Always been buggy, would often claim it was updating and get stuck on that screen, and now absolutely will not let me log in under any circumstance. I click "forgot password", it sends me a new password, I copy-paste that password into the box it tells me to, it tells me I cannot login because password is incorrect. Absolute sham of an app and always has been, but FH obviously don't care or they'd have fixed at least SOMETHING by now. Just let us do things via your website for goodness' sake.

Logged in, an update screen appeared, reached 81% & stopped. If I touch the screen it takes me to a form requesting to give notice to leave. I only wanted to look at me rent account! Needs fixing, cause there are previous months old comments saying the same.

2 hours of my life wasted trying to log in. Was sent tenancy no. It says it isn't correct. They don't give you the first bit you need to input. They when you do register. It says forgot password. I am not stupid I know my password. Then it says to reset by forgot password link. I did this and then says too many attempts at logging in and locks me out. I contacted for housing via live chat. It freezes three times with advisors and won't let me chat. I call twice over 22 mins. No answer. Terrible
