MyBIN - A Mobile application introduced to manage ‘Waste Disposal Efficiently’ on Spatial extent at city area. This application helps to track garbage bins and collection vehicles real-time movement along with effective waste management facilities to public.

An individual in Indian metro cities produces an average of 0.8 Kg/waste per person daily. The total Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) generated in urban India has been estimated at 68.8 Million Tons per year. Due to bulk volume along with its own hazardous health issues, waste management is more challenging and very crucial for sustainable development.

Search Nearby Garbage Bins:
• The MyBIN application is a location-based application that helps people to find the location of different Waste Bins
• Application helps to search nearby E-waste Bins, Wet-waste Bins, Dry-Waste Bins and will show drive route along with drive distance and time.

Track Garbage trucks:
• Public can be able to track the garbage vehicles in their premises at real time
• If public enabled notification in mobile application, they will get the notification alert when the vehicle is near to their Vicinity.

Report a Black Spot:
• Illegal disposal of waste is more common in city and underdeveloped areas
• A “Blackspot” reporting option will help public to report such waste disposal sites and can help taskforce to clear such dumps at real time interval.

Information on C&D Waste:
• This App also provides Construction & Demolition Debris details for effective waste re-use.
• Public can post house construction and others domestic wastes which can reuse by nearby option.

Application will help public to efficiency manage the wastes through spatial technique and also create awareness to public on effective waste disposal methods.
