About this app

Manage shared rides of your existing carpool on frequently used routes (commuting). Note, this is not yet another app for searching and connecting unknown drivers and riders! Access anytime your updated list of passengers on the next trips, let MyCarpoolApp suggest the driver, share your costs, exchange messages with your co-riders and get support in other everyday tasks of a sustainable ridesharing group.

CONCEPT
The app is designed for groups of about 3 to 20 people who know and trust each other, such as colleagues, fellow students, or neighbors, who take turns to drive their kids to school.
According to the requirements of your carpool, you can simply use MyCarpoolApp to know always who of your buddies wants to share a ride and whose turn it is to drive. If you have more advanced needs, MyCarpoolApp helps you estimate reliably and easily the costs to share either by assigning fixed amounts to each or your routes, or by taking into account variables like fuel type and fuel consumption of each car, highway tolls, discounts, and other costs per mile.
