About this app

This app provides quick and easy access to your medical record as well as important resources available for you as the patient or family member.

Example medical record features include:
• Review test results, medications, immunization history, and more
• Stay in touch with your physician
• Manage your appointments, including e-Visits if your provider is participating
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from the Health Connect app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs
• Access your family's health information

To access these features, you will be prompted for your Community Medical Centers MyChart account. If you do not have a MyChart account, you can sign up today!

Ratings and reviews

When this app works, it's great. I'm constantly having to log in to check my results. It might be a security feature, but it's so inconvenient. It crashes a lot. My of my issues relate to logging in. It just seems very unintuitive. I'd rather log in through my desktop. If I could rate it zero stars I would. QUITE POSSIBLY THE WORST, YES WORST, APP I'VE EVER USED.

I like the app. The only problem I'm having is that it doesn't change my insurance. It doesn't give me a tab where I can change the insurance. It keeps saying that it has to review it and have to approve it??. So I don't understand that? Then a lot of the doctors that were putting in the test results and leaving notes or summaries. Haven't been doing that. So I don't understand what's going on??

Good to have, but with all the info available most fields left blank. No avenue for patients to comment on reports from medical staff.
