Doesn't allow new face upload.. Keeps old one! Then the one thats uploaded looks nothing like me at all. Black marks all over my face looks like I've been in a car accident or fight. Not cool 2k not cool! FYI the order version is better! It keeps on getting worse year by year! Seems to me since they've added all the other features to the game. They're not focusing as much on the small things that matter alot to the consumer and player. Especially the players that loves playing 2k MYcareer!

1st off. I just love how I try to email support and I get sent back an email stating that the email you provided doesn't exist. How is the face scan so awful this year? You would have been better off leaving it the way it was last year. At least then we could get our face on our player. Now it's like I'm trying to use 56k modem to upload of facial recognition of myself. You guys are slacking to the fullest and it really sucks. Thanks for keeping the destruction of your basketball series afloat.

Terrible, I sat there for around 20 minutes just for it not to work, Then the app crashes when im on the last check, And then when i did complete it, It said there was no face scan found, I tried to use this app in the past and it never worked, I thought id try it again to see if they fixed it, But to my surprise its just a waste of time once again, Absolutely terrible. (WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ABSOLUTELY, BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY CANT MAKE A GOOD APP.)
