Ratings and reviews

Constant bugs if the App even loads up or let you log in. I've sat & had the app load for 20min just for the main screen until I got tired & canceled using the App. Horrible app

Worst app in the history of apps. 1st you can't enter your log in info without hitting the sign in button as if you entered the info already. Also keep getting error messages saying unable to process your request even though I haven't requested anything yet. Can't see pertinent information either.

Horrible. I forgot my password. I tried to reset it (both the app and the website) the reset instructions was never sent to my email. And yes, I checked my spam/junk folders as well. I have been trying to gain access to my account for 2 days. Still no luck or help. 👎🏿
