Ratings and reviews

Too many bugs and lacks basic features. If your WiFi contains non-standard characters, you wil not be able to connect which is an extreme oversight by the devs. Also, waiting on multiple map support, otherwise zones are useless when it comes to moving it to different floors. Definitely feels like it's made by people who don't use it. Customer support are also terrible, borderline passive aggressive as they genuinely don't seem to care about the customer (rep named Jason).

It's difficult to draw a map accurately because you can't tilt the map for better square drawings. Additionally, it's no longer possible to connect the robot to Google Home. The no-go zones aren't always respected either; I created a no-go zone to prevent the robot from going under my wardrobe, as it sometimes gets stuck, but it still goes under it. With Neato now out of business, I’m left with a really overpriced bot, and I wonder how long the app will still be available to control it.

App does not work with the latest Android version (13). I found an old phone that would support that version and it still cannot get it setup. FYI - YOUR ROBOT WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT A CONNECTION. This is a huge change from before where the bot didn't necessarily need one. I am probably going to be forced to return the vacuum even though their hardware is great (been a neato owner since the very first version). Extremely disappointed. Why did you tie your great hardware to terrible software?
