Very Disappointing Experience The app is slow, buggy, and often crashes for no reason. Login takes forever, and sometimes it just won’t work at all. Features are poorly designed and not user-friendly, with confusing menus and broken links. Even basic functions like checking service history or booking an appointment are unreliable. Definitely needs a major update before it can be considered useful.

App is note app-ing. Cannot make service reservation anymore. My car info also suddenly gone from the record. most importantly, there are nobody from Proton & app developers doing something to rectify this app issue. All the complaints over the years shows that Proton has done nothing to improve this app. I think the fastest respond this Proton app can do is when someone press "test drive". I give one star just becoz I want to post my review. Doesn't deserve any star at all.

please check the booking service calendar, no matter what date I pick for service, it will be stuck and the whole app will hang. You are creating the product to solve the customer's issue, not creating more issues to the customer.
