About this app

We’ve worked tirelessly with our partners in rail, collecting their
feedback and carrying out extensive testing, to create a safe work
planning system tailored to the complex needs of the industry.
With SWP v4 we’ve built a tool that encompasses everything necessary to
ensure safe work planning within compliance and remove pain points with
previous systems.

Some of the fantastic new features coming your way in the first release are:

- Component pack type allowing users to assign up to 10 SSOWs per shift for each work task
- New & improved dashboard with added filters to allow for better overall view of your packs

App badly bugged. Actual ssow when walking to and from site does not stay selected after switching to another tab. It has to be reselected last thing before returning the pack. The pack froze twice so far, after selecting actual start time and wouldn't let me complete it and add speeds, direction of travel and COSS on "Declaration" tab. Also, it won't let me edit certain previously filled sections but I can edit others. Weird. This means I could not return the pack twice. Also won't submit packs

This App is not fit for purpose. The User Interface is very difficult to read, e.g. the part which lists lines, speeds and directions, with big, blocky, unaligned text boxes making it more difficult to scan for the needed information. Sometimes the app will not open at all, or will freeze when I open a pack, the only solution being to completely delete all data from my device and start again, which requires me to re-download everything again. Won't be surprised if a serious accident occurs soon.

Unfit for purpose. If I could rate minus 5, I would. The app is unuseable. It glitches and freezes non stop. When I'm in the middle of filling the boxes, the app freezes, and kicks me out of the pack back to the selection menu. Accepting all my packs should take 10 minutes max, but takes hours. A good concept, but terrible delivery.
