Works well enough but the lack of notifications is a gaping hole. It costs real $$ when there is an arc-fault for example. Tell me when it happens so I can reset the fault. Update 10Sep25, please fix the savings values that were shown on the main page as well as the overall savings that showed how much is being saved. And, again, please push notifications when faults occur. We keep losing money if we don't happen to notice a fault and correct it.

Great company but they've clearly spent all their budget on their product and not the app. The app feels like it was built in 2007 and performs like it as well. It randomly decides to not display any data despite stating that it is connected and no errors found. Spend the extra money and buy the Sol Assistant monitoring system for your Sol-Ark. In the best of times, you can kind of make it work but feels more like programming a space ship than a smart home device. TOU is not intuitive at all.

This app and the inverter are unable to notify me or track when the power goes out. My system has battery backup. It has all the inputs needed. It used to notify me, oddly, when the power returned but not when it went out. But that has gone away. I notified support and they unapologetically said that is not a feature. it blows my mind that a piece of equipment that has its finger on all the power inputs can't do something so simple as to let me know when the power goes out in my house.
