About this app

MyTennis is an application designed to solve all the problems concerning the management of the reservations of the tennis courts.
Access to the application by inserting its own userid and password.
The application detects whether it is a member (standard user) or Operator (user with special functions). The attribution of the typology of the circle is made by the operator during insertion and can be varied at any time.
Functions enabled for a member:
• The list of available fields that you can book the same time;
• List of all its reservations and related payments
• Consultation of personal data and the balance;
• Change the password;
• Search playmates with "CercaCompagno" function;
• List of scheduled events.
The Operator has however a number of functions for the management such as:
• The list of reservations;
• The ability to reserve a court for a Member;
• Cashing payment;
• Unsubscribe a reservation;
• Cancel a field (adverse weather conditions or other ...);
• Lists of reservations with filters (on the date, on the fields, the shareholder, on the type of payment, the operator who cashed payment);
• Inserting and event management.
The amounts of the fields are automatically calculated so fully parameterized with:
• Rates for different fields;
• distinct Rates between members and non members and Subscribers (prepaid cards);
• Lighting Integration;
• Integration for heating;
The payment can be done either through debit cards or for cash directly to the Operator with the payment registration and on the Socio-card mode.
For each payment you are recorded all the information necessary for a control, such as the date and time of the payment, the operator who has received and the type of payment.
