I wanted to change the ownership of a phone number to my name. I filled out the form and submitted it at the provider's store. They accepted it, but later I couldn’t log into the app because they made a typo in my email (typed "a" instead of "o"). The app suggests contacting support if the email is wrong, but the link doesn't work. I found their WhatsApp, explained the issue, they said it was fixed — but nothing changed. After I told them, they just sent me the form again and stopped responding

please fix ur log in. it takes forever for the site to load, like it doesnt even work in 5 min. or just stop logging me out pls.

Why cannot I always stay in the app?? why do I need to log in regularly and do this via a web browser before actually being accepted in the app? Moreover, some options cannot be added to my monthly plan via the app: I still had to go in a physical Base store. Plus, you asked me in the app today to give feedback and I could not submit it because your "submit" button was actually placed too low and to the right, practically hidden under my square android button with wich I navigate my open apps...

Hi Andrei, that's not nice you experienced this in the My BASE app. You have to log in often again due to security reasons. Could you let us know what you can't change via the app and your model of phone via WhatsApp on the number +32 485 23 74 17. This way we can check this for you.

What’s new

At BASE, we are constantly improving the My BASE app.
In this version we introduce a new and enhanced billing screen. In the occasion that a bill is higher than normal, we clearly explain why and show what led to these additional costs. This can be a roaming cost outside the EU, international calls, the use of certain premium services… By this, you immediately see what is different on your bill.
We also fixed some bugs.
