The app doesn't show the balance after each transaction, so you don't have any way of reconciling with your checkbook to make sure it's accurate. The available balance is not accurate while items are pending. Transferring from one account to another is incomprehensible. This new app removed and account I had. They took away the quick account check feature. Bring back the previous app.

New App (Aug 17, 2025) is a mess. It doesn't work on my Poco X6 Pro 5G. I get an error that a modified OS is running. This phone has a locked bootloader and the system is unmodified. The old app worked. All my other banking apps and Google Wallet works so I have no idea how it is trying to detect root. There are grammatical errors in the error message too. The app gets to the sign in on my other device (OnePlus 8), but I can't login (even on the website) because MYCU can't locate my username!

Wasted time & bandwidth! I need to deposit bi-weekly checks until direct deposit starts. It was difficult to find, because so many have "my" "credit" and "union" in the name. Now it says I can only deposit $500 per day, and both of my checks are more. Account detail has gaps, missing transactions, and when I called, the girl told me I don't understand computers, but I have a computer science degree. Unable to transfer credit card payments because of a flaw in the app. Looking for a new bank!
