- Did you know that the 24/7 Technical Intervention service is included in your Electricity and/or Gas offer? For the first intervention, the exit and the first hour of labor are free! You will be able to rely on a network of specialized technicians, ready to intervene to solve your household tasks. For any need you can contact the Edison Operations Center every day 24 hours a day.

- Edison's loyalty program is renewed! As an Edison customer you have free access to the loyalty program where you can receive increasing bonuses on your bill and collect reward points.

- Monitor your consumption with Edison CoCo, the personalized consultant capable of understanding your consumption habits, analyzing them and providing you with valuable suggestions to reduce consumption and impact on the environment.

It is unclear what each section of the app is for, and many pages don't actually seem to have any function or relevance at all. The app doesn't really do anything particular except tell me where my electricity is connected - it isn't even clear how to find the bill, although I think it is possible to do so. The chat responses are so slow that it's not worth trying, and there's no way to email Edison, so you have to call if there's a problem which means you never have a written record.

Your company's site has been down for almost a month now which in turn has turned the app obsolete - can't see nor receive bills, can't make payments...nothing. It's 2023, frankly, it's a disgrace, vergognatevi !
