I am experiencing difficulties with the recent update(28th sp 2024) . I cannot login using my other mobile number, because I have lost my registered mobile number and now don't access to it. The app is only sending OTPs to that number only. It would be beneficial if app offer alternative login methods, such as email account or account number, to improve user experience. Currently, third-party UPI services are also asking registered mobile number to accept hathway creditionals.

I recharged through app 4 days ago. But channels are not showing. The app is showing errors whole adding ala carte channels. I complained through the app. But they have closed my complaint without resolving it. Very bad experience

Worst app ever. Doesn't ever open in one go. Hangs always. Shows transaction failed even though it is successful. Logs out randomly. Doesn't let you use app because invalid Authorization...???
