About this app
Using the Support Executive App, all the support & maintenance executives will receive notifications of all the issues assigned to them. Post receiving the notification the maintenance engineer will review the issues by reviewing the images & videos of the issues added by the unit owner while creating the issue using the owner app, post reviewing the issues the maintenance engineer will fix the issues & will update the status to the issues to "resolved" & can also add the images & videos of the resolved issues.
