For first time users to get connected you will need to first speak with your local Just Better Care office to be issued with a username and password. Visit justbettercare.com/locations and enter your suburb/postcode to find the office that closest to you.

For Just Better Care staff the My JBC app is dual sided, when you open the app simply select “an employee” and at the login page enter your justbettercare.com username and password.
