要用APP才能联系客服我就忍了。但这问客服要注册账号，注册账号发邮件要打开APP，打开APP之后又只显示个登录注册的按钮？你让我怎么注册?然后出现这种问题打开的网页又是让我问APP客服？？这是各个部门在踢皮球吗？头一次遇到这么糟糕的体验。

改版前十分好用，但改版后连充值介面也没了。而且每当想充值，又要登陆邮箱。我注册帐号后又说未知错误，只能使用不能登陆。

登录账户-忘记密码-发送邮箱-邮箱链接回到app没有反应-邮件里写没有反应需要联系客服-联系客服需要登录账户。设计者是不是脑子有点不好使？
