#Transfer it to PC/Laptop and run it. You can see the app in Operating System's systray.
#Connect PC/Laptop and your phone to the same WIFI network.
#You can see the IP address of your PC/Laptop on connect.exe GUI.
#From 'My PC Remote' (on the phone), type the IP address and tap Connect button.
