I have had the same problem for the last 3 years without any resolution. Order notifications don't come through most of the time. If I actually get one, it's gone within seconds. I've had phone in hand, missed an opportunity, and there are suddenly more than one missed. I'm told there are tiers that go by distance, but that cannot be true. I get more opportunities for further distance closings that actually come through and available for 10+ minutes. Worst part, no follow through from support

I have been using this app to receive loan signings since around 2017. Everything worked fine for about 5 years . I would receive orders weekly and most of the time I was able to accept them with no issues. Then in the start of 2022 I start having issues getting any orders at all. As soon as I would receive an order alert, a message appears saying sorry but it's already assigned to another notary. Sometimes I hear an order alert and there is not even an order in the queue.

The notifications come through very slowly on Android phones. I have called to express the slowness of the notifications and was advised there is nothing that can be done regarding how fast or slow you receive notifications. I installed it on my old Iphone and notifications came through about 6 seconds faster than my android. Enough time for me to miss a lot of work. Please update this app. Yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times..same results.
