Tips:

Frustrating to get it to work when taking your portrait. Tiny text with recommendations what to do, is nearly impossible to read. Then because it's is at bottom of screen, your eyes are practically closed when your trying to read the instructions, to it can't get a good image of you. Poorly thought through.

The waiting time is 10-15min each time. The staffs had strong accent and are very unprofessional and disconnected immediately when I asked to repeat her question even before we got started. Another one just disconnected when asked to switch to English. It's painful to repeat the process 4 times before ending with someone who speak correctly and nicely. I ended up spending more than 60minutes for getting served. The app is making my phone ring unstoppably after 10minutes waiting.

I've only had to thankfully use this app once and it was a terrible experience. First I was connected to a guy whose language I literally could not understand. As I asked him to repeat he got very aggressive and disconnected me without a word. I tried the app a second time during the day and was connected with a bad mannered, rude and just plain deplorable lady who got really aggressive when I could't follow her badly spoken commands with immediate promtue. All in all a truly terrifying exp.
