I've been using the NBF mobile app for quite some time, but the recent update has been extremely disappointing. The app has become much more difficult to navigate, with an unintuitive interface that makes it hard to find essential features.Additionally, I've been encountering frequent error messages and technical difficulties, which hinder my ability to perform basic tasks. It's frustrating to see an app that used to work smoothly now struggle with such fundamental issues.

The app is not compatible with Android 9 on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. This update is frustrating as it hinders my access to online banking. It may be time to consider switching banks.

Nice application and very easy and convenient to use,provides high security when use the app even can't able to take a screenshot due to security reasons👍
