The NINACAD application allows Malian users to identify their plot and record the NINACAD number of their plot. To do this:
• Stand in the middle of your house, plot or fields.
• Open the NINACAD application in your phone; The map appears showing your parcel.
• Click on your plot: the NINACAD number of your plot is displayed.
• Click on the photo button to save the NININACAD of your plot on your phone.
• Go to the SPRDF office in base B to make the deposit with the documents and ID.
