NI Service Engineering PVT.LTD is an authorized service provider of Netel India LTD. Netel India ( For PUC machines only ) deals with Manufacturing of PUC machines to their customers. NI Service Engineering PVT.LTD will provide service to all of the customers who has PUC machines purchased from Netel India LTD. This app will help all the customers to raise their complaints and different types of service request which they face while using PUC machines of type Petrol and Diesel in their day to day life. Once the grievance has been raised by customer it will be notified to admin and then after the grivence or complaint will be assigned to a particular employee / Engineer of NI Service Engineering PVT.LTD who will be responsible for attending the service request / complaints/ grivence for that particular customer. Once the request is taken care and customer is satisfied with it then Engineer can mark the grivence as close or else he can keep it open with adding a feedback against the grivence.
