I have 2 case numbers. The app only allows me to view the info for my first case, but not my 2nd. I do like how I can navigate through the different sections of my first case, and it actually showed my second case, I hope I could do the same thing. The user guide also does not open, and the app freezes whenever I try going back to the home screen. I tried going to the support page on the app, which of course, doesn't open either. Only good thing is that I haven't come across any ads, yet.

updated review - now I can't even log in with the two step verification. Input the numbers and it immediately closes. I deleted and redownload and now I can't even open it. Something isn't working properly.

Please note that customers are now required to use Multi-Factor Authentication. Upon login to the account, customers will be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication using a phone number and email address. A unique code will be sent to the provided phone number and email address and will be required to verify the account.

A Google user
App let's you look at 1 item in your case info options,then locks up. If you look at Disbursements to CP, (For example) then want to look at case info or any other options you have to log out then in again for each and every view you would like to observe. Android Galaxy Note 9, Android Pie with Samsung ONE UI on top. Would be a great app if you could view each item without having to sign out and in everytime.

You should be able to scroll through the case views. We are working on a resolution for tapping the case section headers.
